MAINTENANCE REQUESTS

We are dedicated to ensuring your apartment is in top condition during your time of residence with us. Unfortunately, from time to time, repairs are needed.  If you require maintenance in your apartment, please see the information below about how to submit your maintenance request.

Please note: 

Our aim is to handle your request within 24 hours (subject to weekends and holidays). In the case of an emergency (eg) burst pipe, no heat, etc. do not email or use the form.  Instead, please telephone your Resident Manager or Maintenance Manager directly.

If it is an emergency such as fire, please call 911.
