GOING GREEN

At Beacon Hill Properties our environment is important to us. We are doing our best to reduce the waste in our world and conserve our resources.  We believe that if each of us does our small part we can preserve the environment we live in.  Green initiatives we have taken at Beacon Hill Properties include:

• low energy light bulbs in all our hallways and exterior lighting fixtures
• low flow toilets
• low flow water fixtures
• energy efficient appliances
• green alternative cleaning products
• lawn and garden mulching to reduce the need for watering
• replacing laundry machines and dryers with new high-energy efficient machines that use less water, clean clothes better and significantly reduce drying time

RECYCLING

Beacon Hill Properties is committed to doing our part to ensure whatever can be recycled makes its way to the recycling depot.

This includes providing recycling bins at all of our properties and transporting all items such as fridges, stoves and dishwashers to the recycle depot so that they can be recycled responsibly.
