- 📞 Call to speak directly with the resident manager for details and to arrange a viewing
- Be prepared to:
- Sign a six month lease
- Provide a security deposit equal to one month’s rent
- Undergo a credit check
- Provide employment, previous landlord, and personal references
- Show proof of tenant insurance (before moving in)
- Sign a pet agreement and provide the applicable deposit for buildings that allow pets
